We have experienced a significant rise in the quantity of last-minute cancellations, no-shows, tardy arrivals, and alterations to services. We fully comprehend that fluctuations in our economy and unforeseen circumstances can impact our daily lives and potentially hinder our ability to indulge in luxurious hair services. Therefore, we kindly request that you make appropriate arrangements for your appointments and provide us with ample notice for any cancellations or service modifications, allowing us to make necessary adjustments.

Need to Cancel?

cancelations made within 48 hours

It is requested that clients provide a 50% deposit of the total service fee during any subsequent bookings. It is important to note that all deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 48 hours or failure to attend the scheduled appointment. In the event of a second instance of last-minute cancellation, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to accommodate any future appointments.

Running Late?

Please contact your stylist when you are running late.

In the event that you exceed a delay of 15 minutes, despite having received a courtesy call, it may be necessary for you to either reschedule or modify your appointment. Additionally, following the initial instance of tardiness, a late fee of $25 will be imposed. Furthermore, your stylist reserves the right to decline any future appointment requests from you and may require a deposit for any subsequent bookings.

Service Changes

the more information the better

If you wish to make any changes to the services that you have reserved, we kindly request that you communicate with your stylist in a timely manner. If your request can be accommodated within the designated time frame, we will be pleased to make the necessary adjustments. However, if you make any alterations to your service without prior notice, you may be required to schedule a new appointment to accommodate the revised services. In the event that we are compelled to reschedule your service due to lack of notice, a cancellation fee will be imposed.
